Shipping Policy

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders of $150 or more (before taxes and after discounts, if applicable). Orders under $150 are shipped at our flat rate of $8.00.

Online orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on or around holidays may experience slight shipping delays based on carrier availability. We strive to process and ship every order as quickly as possible.

Please ensure your shipping address, email address, and phone number are accurate at checkout. If we have questions about your order or experience a delay in processing or shipping, we may contact you using the information you provide.

A La Mode Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, delayed by the shipping carrier, or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we are happy to reship your order; however, an additional shipping charge may apply.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, including on returned merchandise. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.

Return & Exchange Policy

At A La Mode Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

We gladly accept returns within 15 days of your purchase (for in-store purchases) or within 15 days of receiving your online order. Eligible merchandise may be returned for store credit or an exchange only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Clearance, sale, or discounted merchandise (all sales are final)
  • Jewelry
  • Handbags
  • Footwear
  • Gift cards

To be eligible for store credit or exchange, merchandise must:

  • Be returned within the 15-day return period.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, pet hair, makeup, perfume, or any signs of wear or damage.

Online Returns

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance and retaining your tracking information, as A La Mode Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or issue store credit if the merchandise meets the return requirements.
